Remote Customer Care Officer

Job description:

Arla Foods is seeking a Remote Customer Care Officer to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. This is a part-time, entry-level position with no prior experience required. We are looking for individuals who are hardworking and adaptable, with excellent soft skills in adaptability and planning.

Responsibilities: - Providing outstanding customer service to our clients through email, phone, and chat support - Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex cases when necessary - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keeping up to date with product knowledge and company policies - Working independently and managing priorities effectively in a remote environment

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus) - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficient in using technology and customer service tools - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to work remotely
