Customer Care Representative

Job Description:

Kopenhagen Fur is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Care Representative to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, Denmark. As a part-time entry-level role, this position offers the opportunity for individuals with little to no experience to gain valuable skills and knowledge in the customer service industry.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers - Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conduct research to identify opportunities for improvement in customer care processes - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide innovative solutions to customers - Meet and exceed performance goals related to customer satisfaction, response time, and first-contact resolution

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Driven and energetic personality with a passion for customer service - Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment - Ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively - Comfortable with conducting research to address customer inquiries and concerns - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - High school diploma or equivalent
