Job Description - Customer Care Representative


Job Description:


Joe & The Juice is seeking a hardworking and reliable Customer Care Representative to join our team in København, Capital, DK on a part-time basis. This entry-level position does not require any prior experience, making it a great opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer care.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions to customers. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately. 4. Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and a focus on customer satisfaction. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Document customer interactions and feedback for internal review and improvement. 7. Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and build long-lasting relationships.


Requirements: 1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 3. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. 4. Strategic planning and research skills to anticipate customer needs. 5. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Must be legally eligible to work in Denmark.
