Job Description - Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:


Scape Technologies is seeking a part-time Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, Denmark. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is necessary, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Providing personalized solutions to customer issues and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction - Escalating complex problems to the appropriate departments for resolution - Monitoring customer feedback and relaying insights to the relevant teams within the company - Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keeping up to date with product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers


Requirements: - Resilient and driven personality traits to handle challenging customer situations - Strong problem-solving skills to quickly and effectively resolve customer issues - Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues from different departments - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems is a plus
