Job Description - Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:


Sitecore is seeking a part-time Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or related role.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Handle incoming customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns and technical issues - Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to customers - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and concerns - Assist with training new team members as needed


Requirements: - Driven and energetic personality traits - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Excellent problem-solving skills - Customer-focused mindset - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Knowledge of customer service best practices
