Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Secunia, a leading technology company in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Assistant to join our team at an Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and possess a strong sense of independence and motivation.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and in-person 2. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner 3. Assist in processing customer orders and returns 4. Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the database 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction 6. Conduct customer surveys to gather feedback and improve services 7. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while interacting with customers

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. 3+ years of experience in customer service 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 4. Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively 5. Strong people management skills 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 7. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
