Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Fiberline Composites is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, Denmark. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be adaptable, and hardworking with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information. 3. Process orders accurately and efficiently in our system. 4. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Assist in maintaining customer records and databases. 7. Contribute to improving customer service processes and procedures.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Adaptable and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 8. Must be a hardworking individual with a positive attitude.
