Job Description:
Kvik, a leading kitchen supplier in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK, is seeking a reliable and passionate Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our customers and providing them with the support and assistance they need.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Providing information about products and services, as well as handling complaints and resolving issues. 3. Processing orders and returns, and updating customer accounts with relevant information. 4. Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Assisting customers with product selection, pricing, and availability. 6. Providing after-sales support, including scheduling installation and follow-up calls. 7. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 8. Analyzing customer feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement. 9. Planning and executing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong organizational and time-management skills. 4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to analyze data and identify trends. 7. Planning skills to execute customer service strategies effectively.
