Remote Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Kamstrup, a leading provider of intelligent energy and water metering solutions, is seeking a Remote Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK. This part-time position at Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat channels 2. Handling customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner 3. Understanding and effectively communicating product information and troubleshooting solutions 4. Assisting customers with account management and order processing 5. Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex customer issues 6. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: 1. Driven and independent with a strong work ethic 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 3. Proven ability to make sound decisions under pressure 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software 5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively 6. Experience in a remote customer service role is a plus
