Job Description - Remote Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:


JYSK is seeking a Remote Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team in København, DK. As a part-time entry-level position, this role offers the opportunity to work remotely and grow with a global retail company. We are looking for individuals who are passionate and motivated, with excellent time management and critical thinking skills.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency - Assist customers with product information, order processing, and general inquiries - Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional customer service - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software quickly - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Must have a reliable internet connection and designated workspace for remote work
