Job Description - Customer Service Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


Søstrene Grene is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to work from home in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be resilient and confident, with strong emotional intelligence and research skills.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, pricing, and assistance with orders - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies


Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent - Resilient and confident personality traits - Emotional intelligence and research skills
