Customer Service Assistant - Work from home

Phase One is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate responses - Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution - Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Provide feedback to the team on common customer issues and suggestions for improvement - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance goals on a consistent basis

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to effectively manage customer relationships and resolve conflicts - Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools - Demonstrated experience working in a remote or virtual environment - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding customer service metrics - High school diploma or equivalent required
