Job Description:


We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team at JYSK and work from home in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, Denmark. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate should possess the personality traits of resilience and adaptability, as well as strong soft skills such as planning and decision-making.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assisting customers with product information, order status, and resolving any issues or complaints. 3. Processing orders and returns accurately and efficiently. 4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Continuously seeking ways to improve the customer service experience.


Requirements: 1. Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service. 2. Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English. 3. Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Resilience and adaptability to handle challenging customer interactions. 6. Strong planning and decision-making skills.
