Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

TDC Group is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but at least 1 year of relevant experience is preferred. The ideal candidate for this role will be adaptable and resourceful, possessing strong analytical skills and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat - Assist customers with inquiries, orders, billing issues, and product information - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology and processes - Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
