Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

Leo Pharma is currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. As a Customer Service Associate at Leo Pharma, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Providing product information and recommendations to customers - Maintaining customer records and updating information as needed - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Performing administrative tasks as required - Meeting and exceeding customer service goals

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Adaptable and motivated individual with a positive attitude - Project management skills and creativity - Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
