Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and confident Customer Service Associate to join our team at COWI in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK. As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of innovation and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Process orders and handle any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
