Secunia is seeking a hardworking and motivated Customer Service Associate to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. As an entry-level position, no specific experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information and guidance to customers - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex customer concerns - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Contribute to the ongoing improvement of customer service processes and procedures

Requirements: - Strong analysis skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - High emotional intelligence to empathize with customers and handle difficult situations with professionalism - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Must be fluent in Danish and English
