LINAK is seeking a reliable and passionate Remote Customer Service Associate to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, Denmark. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an ideal opportunity for those looking to start their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in our customer management system. 4. Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer issues and escalations. 5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 6. Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement within the customer service department.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Desire to learn and grow within the organization. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus. 6. Experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required. 7. Cooperation and creativity are essential soft skills for this role.
