Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at A.P. Moller - Maersk in København, Denmark. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement - Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives - Resolve complex customer issues and escalations - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers - Conduct regular training and development programs for customer service staff - Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer service management - Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Strong analytical and research skills - Motivated and results-driven - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
