Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Royal Unibrew is currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team in København, Denmark. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in customer service management.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing training, guidance, and support. 2. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution. 3. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve overall satisfaction and retention. 4. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Serve as a liaison between customers and the company, advocating for customer needs and concerns. 7. Utilize customer service software and tools to effectively track and manage customer interactions.


Requirements: 1. Dedicated and resilient individual with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. 2. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Experience in people management and the ability to motivate and develop team members. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism. 5. Proficiency in customer service software and tools, with the ability to analyze data and generate reports. 6. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
