Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and independent Customer Service Manager to join our team at Matas in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in customer service management.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Train and supervise customer service representatives - Handle complex and escalated customer service issues - Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to improve performance - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service experience - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service - Lead by example and foster a culture of problem-solving and leadership within the team
Requirements: - 8 years of experience in customer service management - Proven track record of problem-solving and leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong organizational and time management skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred) - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
