Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


As a Customer Service Manager at GEA Process Engineering in København, DK, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high standards of service. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of customer service representatives, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and developing strategies to improve the overall customer experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer service representatives, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. 2. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency. 4. Monitor customer service metrics, such as response times and customer satisfaction ratings, and make improvements as needed. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance overall customer satisfaction. 7. Conduct regular training sessions for staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service to maintain a competitive edge.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Confident and motivated personality traits. 5. Excellent planning and problem-solving skills. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. 7. Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software. 8. Fluency in English and Danish.
