Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Bang & Olufsen is seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team in København, Capital, DK. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service department and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our customers. This is a mid-to-senior level position requiring at least 6 years of experience in customer service management.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards for the organization. 2. Train, coach, and mentor customer service representatives to enhance their skills and performance. 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner. 4. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve customer experiences. 5. Analyze customer service data and trends to identify areas for improvement. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. 7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. 8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. 9. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. 10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in customer service management with at least 6 years of relevant experience. 3. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Strong problem-solving and strategic planning abilities. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously. 8. Hardworking and motivated individual who is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to customers. 9.
