Job Description:
SKAKO Concrete is looking for a dedicated and energetic Customer Service Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work from home, providing a flexible work environment for individuals seeking a balanced lifestyle. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring excellent customer service experiences for our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures. 2. Provide leadership and guidance to the customer service team. 3. Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 4. Monitor customer service performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Train and onboard new customer service representatives. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service.
Requirements: 1. 7 years of experience in a customer service role, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial position. 2. Strong leadership and teamwork skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively. 5. Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
