Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a resourceful and driven Customer Service Officer to join our team at Nilfisk in Arhus, Midtjylland. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Processing orders and handling returns or exchanges. 4. Providing product information and recommendations to customers. 5. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Identifying sales opportunities and upselling products or services to customers. 8. Participating in training and development programs to improve customer service skills.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environment. 4. Persuasive and confident in handling customer interactions. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
