Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful Customer Service Officer to join our team at Nilfisk in København, Denmark. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and courteous manner. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately. 4. Assist customers with product information and recommendations. 5. Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Identify and escalate any unresolved issues to the appropriate team members. 8. Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Experience in people management is a plus. 7. Resourceful and able to adapt to changing situations. 8. Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
