Remote Customer Service Officer

Job Description: Secunia is seeking a reliable and driven Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service. As a Remote Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently. 3. Research and gather information to provide accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination. 5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery. 6. Utilize company-provided equipment to facilitate remote customer service interactions. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency in service delivery.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Excellent research skills to gather information and provide accurate responses to customers. 5. Demonstrated cooperation and teamwork skills. 6.
