Remote Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

PreSeed Ventures, a leading venture capital firm based in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK, is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a hardworking and energetic individual with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat 2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback 3. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner 4. Build strong relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction 5. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes 6. Analyze customer data and trends to identify areas for improvement 7. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to better assist customers

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field 2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills 5. Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred 7. Hardworking and energetic personality traits 8. Strong teamwork and analysis soft skills
