Customer Service Officer

We are seeking a part-time Customer Service Officer to join our team at Jacobsen Plus in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing orders in a timely and professional manner. 2. Maintain customer records and update information in the CRM system. 3. Communicate with customers through various channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently. 5. Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures. 6. Participate in training programs to improve product knowledge and customer service skills. 7. Monitor customer feedback and recommend improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 6. Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred 7. Fluency in English and Danish is required
