Remote Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Ramboll is currently seeking a Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK. As a part-time employee at the Associate level, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, while working remotely.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat 2. Resolving customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner 3. Providing product information and recommendations to customers 4. Processing orders and handling returns or exchanges 5. Updating customer accounts and maintaining accurate records 6. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction 7. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times 8. Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance job skills

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of customer service experience 2. Hardworking and energetic personality traits 3. Strong attention to detail 4. Ability to work well in a team environment 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively 8. Flexibility to work different shifts as required
