Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Genmab, a leading biotechnology company located in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Associate Level. We are looking for an individual with at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role who is reliable and energetic.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and in person. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs. 5. Assist with strategic planning and project management for customer service initiatives.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Strong project management skills. 3. Excellent strategic planning abilities. 4. Reliable and energetic personality traits. 5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
