Customer Service Representative

DSV Panalpina is currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your main duties will include responding to customer emails and phone calls, processing orders, tracking shipments, and providing information about products and services. You will also be responsible for maintaining customer records and updating the company database.

The ideal candidate for this position will be confident and motivated, with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail. Strong planning skills are also required to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

In addition to these requirements, the successful candidate will have a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong commitment to customer service. Experience working in the logistics industry is a plus.
