Job Description:
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at Nilfisk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary duty will be to address customer inquiries and issues through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers to effectively resolve their concerns.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner to address their inquiries and concerns. 2. Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and technical support to customers. 3. Manage customer accounts, process orders, and handle returns or exchanges. 4. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's database. 5. Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution. 6. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to better assist customers.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience. 2. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 3. Passionate and motivated to deliver excellent customer service. 4. Proficient in time management and problem-solving. 5. Ability to work well in a remote setting and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
