Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Vestas Wind Systems is seeking a passionate and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required as long as you possess a strong willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner 2. Provide information about products and services, including pricing and availability 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently 4. Resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive attitude and problem-solving skills 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 7. Stay informed about company products and services to better assist customers

Requirements: 1. Passionate about providing excellent customer service 2. Highly motivated and eager to learn 3. Strong innovation skills to adapt to changing customer needs 4. Analytical abilities to identify trends and make data-driven decisions 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 6. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 8. High school diploma or equivalent
