Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities: 1. Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses via phone, email, and chat 2. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order status 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner 4. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction 6. Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures 7. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide top-notch service 8. Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals 9. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions 10. Stay updated on company policies and procedures

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 3. Strong problem-solving abilities 4. Proficiency in using customer service software and systems 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively 6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 8. Driven and energetic personality 9. Soft skills in project management and creativity 10. High school diploma or equivalent required
