Customer Service Representative

Job Description: Leo Pharma is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in København, Capital, DK. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are driven, adaptable, and possess excellent presentation skills.

Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Handling customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately - Maintaining customer records and updating information as necessary - Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences - Participating in training sessions and staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - At least 1 year of customer service experience - Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed - Fluency in Danish and English is required
