Customer Service Representative

Position: Customer Service Representative Company: SAS Group Location: Arhus, Midtjylland, DK Job Type: Part-time Seniority: Associate Level Years of Experience: 2

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer questions, complaints, and concerns - Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain customer records and ensure accuracy of information - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary - Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Assist with additional tasks and projects as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service - Energetic and hardworking personality - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Excellent people management skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
