Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

FLSmidth & Co is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in København, Capital, Denmark. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be energetic, passionate, adaptable, and possess strong project management skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively - Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain customer records and documentation - Assist with product demonstrations and training sessions as needed - Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and customer service strategies

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service - Energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong adaptability skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries and situations - Project management experience to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
