Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Arla Foods is seeking a motivated and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, Denmark. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer concerns and complaints by investigating issues, identifying solutions, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 6. Motivated to continuously improve and grow within the role. 7. Experience in planning and strategic planning is preferred.
