Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

ReSound, a leading hearing aid manufacturer located in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. We are looking for an experienced professional with at least 4 years of customer service experience, who is driven and reliable, to provide exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers - Assist customers with order placement, returns, and exchanges - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a calm and efficient manner - Process orders and update customer information in our database - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed customer service goals and objectives

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of customer inquiries - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer service goals - Persuasion and decision-making skills - Driven and reliable personality traits
