Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

PreSeed Ventures is seeking a dedicated and independent Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in Ålborg, Nordjylland, DK. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Identify and assess customer needs to achieve resolution and satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures - Stay up to date on company products and services to provide knowledgeable support to customers - Manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively to meet customer service goals

Requirements: - 2+ years of customer service experience - Strong project management and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent
