Customer Service Representative - Work from home

Sitecore is seeking a hardworking and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time, work from home basis in København, Capital, DK. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met - Update customer information in the system accurately - Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve overall customer experience

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills - High emotional intelligence - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
