Job Description:
GEA Process Engineering is currently seeking a driven and independent Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to assist them with their inquiries and resolve any issues they may have - Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers - Process orders and returns accurately and efficiently - Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate priority issues to management - Uphold company policies and procedures at all times - Meet or exceed customer service goals and standards
Requirements: - Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with customers - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Persuasion skills to influence customers and guide them towards solutions - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required - Must have reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home - Must be proficient in using basic computer applications and software
