Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

Integrated Service Solutions is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team in København, Capital, DK. As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, energetic, possess excellent planning skills, and demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a high level of professionalism and customer service - Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and make recommendations for process improvements - Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner - Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals

Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
