Job Description:
DFDS is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK. As an Associate Level professional with at least 2 years of experience in customer service, the ideal candidate will be driven and motivated to provide exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction. 3. Provide product and service information to customers. 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery. 6. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. 7. Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. 9. Upsell products and services to increase revenue and customer retention.
Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service. 2. Strong negotiation and communication skills. 3. Driven and motivated attitude. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Flexible schedule to accommodate part-time hours.
