Genmab, a leading biotechnology company based in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK, is seeking a talented Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis at the Associate level. With at least 4 years of experience in customer service, the ideal candidate will be energetic and resourceful, possessing strong emotional intelligence and a passion for teamwork.
As a Customer Service Specialist at Genmab, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our valued customers. This includes addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and efficient manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively - Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and drive process improvements - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and areas for improvement - Continuously strive to enhance the customer experience through personalized service and proactive communication
Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
