Customer Service Specialist

Job description:

We are seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Thrane & Thrane in Frederiksberg, Hovedstaden, DK. As an entry-level position, no years of experience are required, but we are looking for individuals who are independent, driven, and possess excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Assist customers with inquiries, product information, order processing, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system - Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and effective problem resolution - Monitor customer satisfaction and seek opportunities for improvement - Stay up-to-date on products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers - Act as a brand ambassador by promoting company values and products

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent - Must be independent, driven, and have strong problem-solving skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work - Must be able to work part-time hours with flexibility
