Job Description:

Grundfos, a leading global manufacturer of advanced pump solutions, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency - Assist customers with product information, technical support, and order processing - Work closely with sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and enhance the overall customer experience
