Customer Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

SAS Group is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Arhus, Midtjylland, DK. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and possess the personality traits of being energetic and adaptable.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide excellent customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs and concerns - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with their inquiries - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company - Handle escalated customer issues with empathy and problem-solving skills - Assist with other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience working with CRM software is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent required
