Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:

Rockwool International is seeking a Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Arhus, Midtjylland, Denmark. This is a part-time position ideal for individuals who are energetic, hardworking, creative, detail-oriented, and looking to gain valuable experience in customer success.

Responsibilities: - Assist in managing customer accounts and building relationships with clients - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via email, phone, and chat - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues - Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and improve service delivery - Assist in developing customer success strategies to enhance overall customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Participate in meetings and training sessions to stay informed about company products and services

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Energetic and hardworking attitude with a passion for customer service - Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - No prior experience required, as training will be provided
